Description: Typical white wine of the Ascoli Piceno province. Pale yellow color with a touch of green; intense and somewhat persistent in the nose with fruity and floral notes. In the palate it is dry, fresh, “warm”, somewhat soft and persistent with a final acidity that is quite clean.
White grapes: Trebbiano, Passerina, Pecorino
Fermentation: spontaneous in stainless tanks with maturation in bottle
Pairings: Antipasti of fish and meats, vegetables and cured olives, mixed ascolane fried foods, all meals

Terrain: The vineyard is planted on a hillside about 150 meters above sea level, with calcareous clayey soil with sandy veins.
Description: A typical white wine of the province of Ascoli Piceno: Pecorino. It matures in the first half of September when the rising sugars succeed in balancing the high tartaric acid levels. Fruity in the nose with very fresh, intense perfumes which can recall also anise and plum jam. At tasting it shows a full structure, without a doubt, sapidity, moderate alcohol levels and persistent after taste.

Fermentation: spontaneous
Aging: 30% is fermented and aged in barrels and the rest in stainless tanks, then 6 months in bottle
Pairing: The notable structure goes well with fish dishes prepared with savory sauces or spices such as brodetto or Baccala, but also with white meats and grilled vegetables.

Description: Red wine from a special selection of perfectly matured Montepulciano grapes.
Ruby red deep color, clear; the nose is intense and persistent with aromas of mature red fruits and cherry jam, spices, vanilla and licorice. In the mouth, it is dry, sapid, warm and somewhat tannic.

Fermentation: spontaneous in wood
Aging: 24 months in small and large oak barrels and 6 months in bottle
Pairing: Red grilled meats, aged cheeses, grilled vegetables

Terrain: The vineyards are planted on a hillside about 150 meters above sea level in calcareous, clayey soils.
Description: Red wine from a small defined area of Ascoli Piceno where the denomination allows the “Superiore” designation after a year of maturation. It has a full, ruby red color, is clear and on the nose are intense perfumes of cherry and prunes, while in the mouth one finds fruity notes a very full body with a long clean finish.
Grapes: Montepulciano, Sangiovese
Aging: 24 months in large wooden tanks of 3,000 liters and 6 months in bottle

Terrain: The vineyard is exposed to the SW and the soil is clay with moderate calcium levels.
Description: Color is a beautiful coral red with copper tints. In the nose it is fragrant revealing a progressive intensity with a fresh flowery bouquet of roses and irises, rich with red prune and rhubarb notes.
Grapes: Grapes – Morettone (Ciliegiolo) 100%
Pairing: As with many rose’ wines, it has a strong affinity for vegetarian cuisine and goes very well with crispy fried fish.
